  • Roas of 6.49 in Q3 of 2019, their peak season of the year (summer / AC)

How did we achieve the results?
  • We discovered users could take up to 14 days from their first interaction with the brand to purchase. We used this knowledge to change the attribution model in Adwords, allowing credit to be distributed across the entire consumer journey.
  • With more informative conversion data, we restructured the account to focus on keywords and products that drove higher Roas

  • $179,910 in revenue with a Roas of 5.24 in the first two months of launch (Nov-Dec 2019).
  • $154,500 in revenue and a 3.44 Roas in March and April 2020, during peak Covid-19 closures. This was a unique challenge because people were no longer going to their offices, out to bars and restaurants, or on dates.
How did we achieve the results?
  • We utilized a full-funnel strategy consisting of search, shopping display, and YouTube ads, all working in harmony to drive results.
  • Our creative team developed custom videos and display ads that drove sales and positive Roas
  • During Covid-19 closures, we quickly shifted our messaging and helped the client launch new products (candles and sample sizes) to maintain sales while interest in fragrances was declining.
